IGNITE offers Job Shadow experiences for the Student Members facilitated by the Chapter Administrators and the Professional Members.
Seattle Central Web Design/Development students looking for Job Shadow

Women students studying web design and development at Seattle Central Community College are seeking opportunities to shadow IT professionals on their job for a few hours one day. This program will extend through April 2. Our students have questions about the typical work day, what skills are needed, and the culture of the workplace. Seeing professionals in their environment for half a day will strengthen students’ confidence.
