This year IGNITE celebrates it's 10th year of operation. The IGNITE Program offers girls and young women in Member Schools the opportunity to interact with female Mentors and Professional women who can put a different face on the career options available in technology, engineering and science. 10,000 girls have gone through the IGNITE Program since 1999. This year thanks to Seattle Central Community College and a Team of Web Design and Development Program Students, we launched a complete redesign of our website. The new website design offers interactive, automated features that will help the Chapter Administrators expand the programs, as well as communicate effectively with the Students, Volunteers and Professional Members . The information available on the website will assist the girls in locating valuable resources for building their future options and choosing non-traditional careers in technology, engineering and science.
