ACE Mentors

"ACE Mentors is a non-profit organization that mentors high school students interested in careers in the building industry. The mentors are a team of local Architects Contractors and Engineers who meet with teams of about 25 students every two weeks.  The students learn about the building industry, go on field trips to job sites, and work on their own building design project.  By the end of the year the students present their projects to peers, teachers, and parents.  Seniors in the program are also eligible to apply for scholarships.  Last year 194 students from 39 area high schools finished the ACE program and 12 seniors were awarded a total of $33,000 in scholarships!"
