I know we had a great meeting at West Seattle HS on Tuesday. I want to thank the women who helped me out on Tuesday and ran the meeting for me. Marta Smith, Program Manager, Microsoft, and Kathie Flood, Games Developer, Microsoft, did such a great job. Kathie said that Marta did a great imitation of me, Marta has seen me do it so many times :) Thank you both for making that event possible.

We have a new component this year that we have just added to IGNITE. For many years now, I was hoping to set up more meetings with the girls, to get to know them better and just talk. We started that this past week with the young women from West Seattle HS. We had a great turnout with 19 girls attending their lunch time period.
