We had a very special experience on our Microsoft field trip. It was such a touching and magical day for all the young women who attended. Their teacher reported today that the girls were so excited all the way back to school and couldn't stop talking about their experience and even went in front of their classes to tell how this experience changed their perception of their futures.

We had a wonderful event today at Microsoft. We went to the visitors center where the girls had a great time playing with all the technology, lots of hands on type things. Then the highlight for lunch when we had a super fantastic panel of women and a great discussion followed. It was one of those events that you hope for, lots of great questions from the girls and lots of wonderful, thoughtful. and insightful answers from the women. I am sure we could have gone on for hours, lots to talk about, and lots of great advice for the girls.

We had a wonderful day over at Microsoft! Wow, so many great things happen when we do an IGNITE event. Many people meet and network with each other, and most importantly, young women start thinking bigger dreams, finding their vision for their future, and I get to see it each and every time. Thank you so much everyone for making this possible.
