We had a fabulous event at Roosevelt HS Lot's of young women joined the meeting and they really engaged with the discussion and asked great questions too. With the new technology at Roosevelt HS we were able to have the website posted so girls could see how to access the resources we are on the site for them. Particularly since its time to apply for Digigirlz Microsoft summer camp, we went through the information on how to do that too!

We had a fabulous Presentation event at Roosevelt HS. Wow, what a turnout!! The girls just kept streaming in! Thank you to the wonderful Dept Head of Business and Marketing at Roosevelt HS, Liz MacLennan. She does an amazing job getting the girls excited about the events and excited about IGNITE. We have been IGNITE partners going on 8 years and it just gets better and better. I could not do it without Liz! Thank you so much Liz for all of your dedication and hard work and most of all your belief in what we do! That really comes across to the students, when you believe in the work!! You are the best.

We had a fantastic Presentation event at Franklin HS! We had a really nice turnout and most of the girls had not been to the previous event in November, so we can get to know them too!! They really had great questions and I am sure we could have been talking for several hours, if we just had more time!

We had a fabulous event at Marshall Alternative HS!! The group of young women were such a great group of girls. We had 4 teens moms and one more on the way!! We also had 7 additional girls totaling 12 all together. They were so engaged and thrilled to have the IGNITE program at their school.

We had a wonderful event at Hale HS. Great turnout and wonderful discussion. This is the third meeting with the girls at Hale, and we are really getting to know them and the kinds of things they want to learn about. It is great! Next meeting we are working on Microsoft Internship applications.
